request for admin support
The WildSeed Society is seeking an experienced administrative consultant or company to support managing our administrative processes for our community. We are a community that focuses on caring relationships, big ideas, and innovation but struggles with maintaining the processes we invent.
We need a person or team of people who know how essential administrative and maintenance work is to innovative work. We are looking for someone or a team to start ASAP. We have a budget of $1200 a month and are hoping to negotiate a reasonable scope of on-going work within that budget.
The WildSeed Society is a political, spiritual and economic community that is inviting people to build a 21st century Underground Railroad together. We are building a series of refuges from the current exploitative world to new worlds where we all get to belong and be cared for - by focusing on Spiritual Liberation, Social Transformation and Economic Revolution. We seek to experiment and prototype our way into a new way of life - in community and in right relationship with the land.
We currently exist as an ecology of separate organizations that are in alignment with our spiritual and social principles. The administrative and operations work for this community is held by the Sacred Economy, one of said organizations, for the moment. We expect to have a few tasks for other organizations arise each month as well. Ideal candidates would be in alignment with our vision but clear that their role is administrative and not programmatic.
Ideal candidates would be comfortable helping us make our radical, spiritually informed, anti-capitalism outputs into something legible for bookkeepers, accountants and auditors.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, physical or mental disability, or age. BIPOC and queer and trans people of color are highly encouraged to apply.
