WHY: With the current political administration, we’re facing a growing tide of threats, instability, and uncertainty in our daily lives. This is on top of the chronic stress of modern society — being pushed and pulled in a thousand directions, often feeling isolated in the struggle to simply make it through the day.

That’s why it’s more important than ever to regularly ground and resource yourself - to become like a deeply rooted tree that can withstand the storm.

Additionally it's still not commonly understood that we can often pick up these other energies from outside ourselves as well as not process our own energies. This can lead to what Sandra calls "energy constipation," leading to easily feeling overwhelmed, under-resourced and alone.

That's why this Daily Centering Practice is a 30-minute guided energy practice designed to help release what you need to release and call in what you need to call in.

So you can meet the day from a place of inner steadiness and connection. It offers a regular, soft place to land— a sacred return to yourself, to the Earth, and to the support of your ancestors.

Whether you’re holding grief, navigating uncertainty, tending to others, or simply feeling the weight of the world, this practice helps you:

  • Clear what's ready to be released and doesn't serve you

  • Anchor into your body, your breath, your deeper knowing

  • Resource yourself emotionally, spiritually, and energetically

  • Protect yourself without hardening up your heart

  • Remember you’re not alone and you can ask for help

This isn’t about bypassing what’s hard. It’s about facing it from a grounded place. So you can be present, awake, and aligned in how you meet the world.

Come as you are. You don’t need to be “ready” — only willing to return, again and again, to the rooted truth of who you are.
